If you are wearing it properly, you shouldn't be able to turn your ankle.

Not to mention that the tendons that were pulled went up to my knee. I've learned to deal with pain. I'm doing light stretching. Lay on my side and bring up both knees. Feels so good with the lower part spreading out. They said I have an extreme curve in my spine, looking from the side. Always knew that because of my backside sticking out so far. Genetics!

I'm almost done my work for the week... that way I can sit and be all giddy staring at the snow tomorrow.

We are headed to Flagstaff to catch big snow. Stay somewhere for a weekend. Then come back to the desert. The weather has been so nice though here in the past week. Highs in the low 80's. Factor in the cooler mornings in the 50's, this year, I won't have to wake up to scrape off frost or chizzle off ice. Oh my............ This is so WEIRD!

And I'm listening to 610 WIP. Everytime they mention the time, I look down at my clock. Don't think that I will ever get over the time change....
